Support ends for Publisher 2021. The program keeps running, but that one old computer may become the only thing that opens twenty years of files.

Can't I convert them myself for free?
Often, yes, one file at a time. If you have a handful of files, our free guide shows you how. We're for offices with hundreds or thousands of files and no time to sort them.
Why Canva?
It's easy to learn, it has good bulletin and newsletter layouts, and it's free for many churches through Canva for Nonprofits and for K-12 schools through Canva Education. If you'd rather use Word, tell us.
Will the PDFs look exactly like the originals?
Most will. Some older newsletters, where one story flows across several boxes, need hand fixes. We check every file and fix those before delivery.
